What are the flats?
The Flats consists of three one-bedroom cottages and a two-bedroom guest house.
The three one-bedroom cottages have the same layout and feel. All three have a king-sized bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The cottages are ideal for couples, young families, or singles looking for something better than a hotel.
The two-bedroom house has a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. It also has a big dining table that can seat twelve and a "larger-than-expected" living room! The "Big House" or the "Whooping Crane" is ideal for multiple couples, larger families, and groups of friends.
All units have air-conditioning, heat, full kitchens, baths, dining tables, living rooms, ceiling fans, washer/dryers, TVs, Wi-Fi, and front porches with unobstructed views of St. Charles Bay!
The Flats are flexible. You can book one or multiple units in any combination to fit your needs.

Kitchen in the 1-bedroom
Each cottage comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, ceramic range top, pots and pans, basic utensils, a large stockpot, and kitchen towels. Whether you are heating up food from one of the many local restaurants or cooking up your catch of the day, the kitchens are equipped to handle it all. There is dinnerware for 4 in each of the 1 bedroom cottages. Whooping Crane has dinnerware for 8.
Living area in the 2-bedroom
The cottages feature seating for everyone, including an elegant coastal themed rug, swivel club chairs, and handy tables. The couches pull out to provide a queen size bed. Large windows open onto the porch for spectacular views of St. Charles Bay from wherever you are. There is a bar height dining table with 4 barstools in each of the 1 bedroom cottages. Whooping Crane features dining seating for 10.
Bedrooms
Each 1 bedroom cottage features a King size bed, 2 closets, and a built in dresser. The spacious bathroom has a full size shower and can be accessed from the bedroom or living area. Whooping Crane features a King size bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen size bed in the secondary bedroom. The primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom with full size shower and tub. The secondary bedroom shares a full size bathroom with the living area.
